Refund policy

Pages Bookstore will not be processing returns for any orders. Please verify all details before you make your purchase.

Exchange:

New and unopened merchandise may be exchanged within 10 days with your receipt if purchased in store and 15 days if purchased online. Pages Bookstore will not be processing exchanges for perishable items or clothing.

Items sold as a prepackaged bundle or kit must be returned with all components in unused/unmarked/sellable condition.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item from us, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
